Three Rivers 18-Hole Golf Club is a group of women who golf regularly on Tuesday mornings, beginning with the last Tuesday in March. We plan fun yet competitive, sometimes individual, sometimes team, golf outings. Our members represent a variety of golfing skills. We play the game according to the rules of Golf, but an enjoyable experience is our main objective.
One of the highlights of our year is our sponsoring of the Heritage Bank Women’s Scramble. With the help of the Three Rivers Golf Course, we put on a highly popular women’s tournament. A significant part of the sponsor money raised for the tournament has been given to local charities in the local area for the past several years. Other activities offered are the Birdie Board, the chip-in pot, the Ec Board Competition, the June Tournament, and the Club Championship.
Days of Play are on Tuesdays, beginning with Tuesday, March 30, 2021. Players are asked to sign in with the Daily Play chairperson by 4 p.m. on the Sunday before each Tuesday. Tee groups will then be organized on a random basis. Meetings are usually the second Tuesday of each month at 8:00 a.m. However, the first meeting of the year will be at 7:30 a.m. on April 13th. Our last day of play is October 26th

Our members represent all skill levels, and new members are especially welcome. The club’s goals are to promote the interest in golf among women and to help women have a keener knowledge of the rules and etiquette of the game of golf. The membership fee for 2021 is $60. This includes a ghin membership ($36) and club dues ($24). Please CLICK HERE for a membership application form you can download and print. Calendar of Events
Every Tuesday:
The Ladies at Three Rivers tee it up for 18 holes. Our first competition is March 30th and will be a Chapman format. A different competition is played each week. Golfers are asked to sign in with the Daily Play chairperson by 4 p.m. on the Sunday before each Tuesday. Tee groups will then be organized on a random basis. The entry for each competition will be $2. Our last competition is October 26th.
Second Tuesday of each month:
Meeting day is the second Tuesday of each month at 8:00 A.M. This year there are some changes. The first meeting of the year (April 14th) will be at 7:30 A.M. The July (July6th)) meeting will be on the first Tuesday due the 9-Hole Tournament. Meetings are held in the Scottie Dog Café (above the Three Rivers Pro Shop).
Birdie Board Tournament:
Awards will be made within divisions for the ladies who record the most birdies during the season. Birdies may be posted only if they occur while participating in a regular Tuesday daily play or in the Summer Tournament or Club Championship Tournament play.
Ec Board:
The Ec Board is an attempt to measure improvement over the season. Beginning with the first postable Daily Play competition golfed in the season, a golfer’s scores for each hole will be posted on the Ec Board. Then throughout the season, whenever that person improves on a hole in an eligible Daily Play competition (including Match Play and Club Champion play), the new score will be written. At the end of the season, there will be awards within divisions for those with the most improvement.
Hole-In-One Contest:
Any member who has paid $5 to the hole-in-one fund will win $50 if they score a hole-in-one on any day while golfing at Three Rivers Golf Course. The requirements for winning $50 are as follows: 1) Player must have paid the $5 prior to scoring the hole-in-one. 2) The round must be posted, and the Treasurer must be notified and shown the card with proper signatures. 3) Player must be golfing with another member of the association, a member of the 9-hole Three Rivers Women’s Association, or with a member of Three Rivers Men’s Association at Three Rivers GC.
Funds are held over from year to year. The treasurer determines when a new collection needs to be made.
Summer Tournament:
The Summer Tournament will be a one-day tournament on June 22nd.
Heritage Bank Women’s Scramble:
The Heritage Bank Women’s Scramble is July 21st and July 22nd and is a competition between teams of 2 women. Entries must be postmarked no later than July 12th. Entries received by June 29th will be eligible for an early entry fee. An entry form will be posted here later.
Club Championship:
The Club Championship is a 36-hole medal play. The dates are August 17th and 18th. The Club Champion will be the person with the lowest gross score for the two days. The person with lowest net score for the two days will be awarded Low Net of the Field. There will also be other awards for gross and net within divisions with the number of divisions dependent on the number of entries. Members must have participated in a minimum combination of 6 Daily Play days or “qualified rounds” golfed at Three Rivers GC. At least three (3) rounds must be daily play events and at most three (3) can be “qualifying rounds.”
